At Yily Creative Studio, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and personalized just for you. Because our products are custom made with names, dates, or other personal details, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask that you review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order, including spelling, names, dates, and color selections. Each item is created specifically based on the information provided by the customer.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom made items.  
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.  
• Minor variations in wood grain, acrylic color tone, or handcrafted details may occur and are part of the natural beauty of handmade products.
